• The person should be Indian citizen and resident in India.

• Person should attain the age of 18 yrs. Or above.

• The area for study centre should be occupied with at least 500 sqft. The premises should be neat & clean, sufficient and easily accessible for the student for the student under consideration.

• It is expected to have (or easily accessible) basic facilities for student clean drinking water, toilet, first aid etc.

• The expert faculty should be arranged for the student by study centre.

• The student whould be allowed to do extra practice in free time on first come basis.

• Free education should be provide to blind & physically handicapped students.

• Monthly report to be sent in proper format to regional office by branch head.

• Sufficient local advertisement and publicity are responsibilities of institute owner. ACSM will provide proper guidelines time to time for the same and may help in free publicity of the events.

•  A written agreement will be signed between the branch head and a representative of reason and the rules mentioned above should be followed by both.

•  Agreement will be valid up to 5 yrs. From the date of agreement.
